If you aren't familiar with this area, it was master planned early on for golf to be a way of life. The local country clubs are surrounded by matching home communities. This makes a seamless way to live and retire playing golf and owning a beautiful home in exclusive neighborhoods.

The residents tend to lean on the older side of the spectrum (Looking at you boomers, haha), but are typically quite wealthy and retired looking for ways to allocate their money.
